These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of High Performance Pilot ("the app") operated by Sim2Sky Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
High Performance Pilot is a professional development platform for pilots, built around the ICAO/EASA Core Competency framework. The app is provided for educational and development purposes only. Please read our Disclaimer for important information about the limitations of the content.
To use the app you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
High Performance Pilot is available on a free tier with limited access, and a Pro subscription with full access. Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly (£9.99/month) or annual (£89.99/year) basis.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscription prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription option in the app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at highperformancepilot@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.
If you sign up to receive emails from us via the Insights site, you consent to receiving periodic emails from High Performance Pilot. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send or by contacting us at highperformancepilot@gmail.com. We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of professional development. You must not:
All content within High Performance Pilot — including articles, behaviour descriptions, frameworks, and design — is owned by Sim2Sky Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Please read our full Operational Disclaimer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sim2Sky Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
