This Privacy Policy explains how Sim2Sky Ltd ("we", "us", "our") handles data in connection with Duty+ ("the app"), a free iOS application for flight duty period calculation.
Sim2Sky Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We also operate High Performance Pilot, a separate professional development platform for pilots.

None. Duty+ does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information, and does not transmit the duty times, offsets, or settings you enter to us or to any third party.
All information you enter — report times, sectors, duty results — is stored only on your device, using Apple's standard local storage (UserDefaults). It is never uploaded anywhere. If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it.
Duty+ uses one third-party service:
Duty+ does not use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Authentication, or any database service. No advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or analytics tools of any kind are included in the app.
Since no personal data leaves your device, there is nothing for us to retain. Your locally stored duty data persists until you clear it within the app or delete the app itself.
Because Duty+ does not collect or hold any personal data about you, most data-subject rights under UK GDPR (access, correction, deletion, portability) do not apply, as there is no data on our systems for these rights to act upon. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk at any time.
Duty+ is intended for use by licensed commercial pilots and is not directed at children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the app's functionality changes in a way that affects data handling. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
Duty+ is a reference tool only. It is provided to assist with quick, approximate flight duty period awareness and is not a substitute for your Operator's approved Flight Time Limitations (FTL) scheme, which always takes precedence.
Duty+'s calculations are based on the general provisions of EASA/UK CAA Regulation (EU) No 965/2012, ORO.FTL.205 and ORO.FTL.235, and Table 7.8A. Individual Operator schemes may apply different, more restrictive, or additional limits, extensions, and discretion provisions. You remain solely responsible for complying with your Operator's approved scheme and all applicable regulations.
Sim2Sky Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, delay, regulatory consequence, or other outcome arising from reliance on figures produced by Duty+. Always verify duty and rest requirements against your Operator's official documentation.
