These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Say Again+ ("the app"), operated by Sim2Sky Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Say Again+ is a radio telephony (R/T) training app for professional pilots, built around real IFR routes and CAP 413 / ICAO standard phraseology. The app requires no account — see our Privacy Policy for how your recorded practice calls are handled.
Say Again+ is free to download and includes a limited free selection of content. Full access to all exercises and difficulty levels requires a one-time in-app purchase, processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not handle or store your payment details directly.
In-app purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not to any account with us. If you need to restore a previous purchase — for example after reinstalling the app or on a new device — this is handled through Apple's standard purchase restoration process.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of radio telephony practice. You must not:
The app, its design, exercise content, and recorded audio are owned by Sim2Sky Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without prior written permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its automated assessment of your radio calls will be accurate in every circumstance. See the Training Disclaimer below.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sim2Sky Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any training, examination, or professional outcome connected to your use of it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Say Again+ is a practice aid, not a substitute for formal R/T training. Assessment of your radio calls is produced automatically, using speech-to-text transcription and automated phraseology grading. While designed to reflect CAP 413 / ICAO standard phraseology, it may not catch every real-world nuance an instructor or examiner would.
Say Again+ does not guarantee success in any radio telephony skill test, licence exam, or line check, and is not a replacement for training with a qualified instructor or real ATC exposure as part of your normal syllabus. You remain solely responsible for meeting the R/T standards required by your training organisation or regulator.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
