This Privacy Policy explains how Sim2Sky Ltd ("we", "us", "our") handles data in connection with Say Again+ ("the app"), a radio telephony (R/T) training app for professional pilots.

Say Again+ has no account system — no sign-in, no email address, and no display name collected at any point. The data we handle is limited to:
We do not collect your email address, location, contacts, or any other personal identifiers.
If you choose to unlock full access to Say Again+, purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store's standard in-app purchase system. We do not receive or store your payment details — Apple manages this relationship directly, tied to your Apple ID, not to any account with us.
Say Again+ uses one third-party service:
Say Again+ does not use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Authentication, email marketing tools, or any advertising or tracking service.
Voice recordings are not retained after a transcript has been produced. Training progress is stored only on your own device — deleting the app deletes this data completely, since we hold no copy of it ourselves.
Because Say Again+ does not collect or hold personal data on our servers, most data-subject rights under UK GDPR (access, correction, deletion, portability) are already met by default — there is nothing on our systems for these rights to act upon, beyond what's stored locally on your own device, which you control directly by deleting the app.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk at any time.
Say Again+ is designed for pilots and student pilots and is not directed at children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
Say Again+ is a practice aid, not a substitute for formal R/T training. Assessment of your radio calls is produced automatically, using speech-to-text transcription and automated phraseology grading. While designed to reflect CAP 413 / ICAO standard phraseology, it may not catch every real-world nuance an instructor or examiner would.
Say Again+ does not guarantee success in any radio telephony skill test, licence exam, or line check, and is not a replacement for training with a qualified instructor or real ATC exposure as part of your normal syllabus.
